Wild Flowers

California Poppies at Golden Gate Bridge Vista Point, SFO

The flowers are lovely, right? Would you believe that these are wild flowers? They grow abundantly in Northern California; I am not sure in the South though. I see these flowers sprouting anywhere and everywhere; from the side streets, walkways, fields, trails, etc. The flowers above are inconspicuously growing at the edge of the vista point. They happily thrive amidst the passing tourists who are awed by the grandeur of the Golden Gate Bridge and who barely notice these humble beauty.
